The Ursuline Academy Alumni Foundation’s mission is to preserve the heritage of Ursuline Academy in Springfieldand to promote its motto of Serviam, “I will serve.”

The Foundation offers financial awards to qualified applicants who desire a Catholic education.

Since its formation in 2007, the Ursuline Academy Alumni Foundation has awarded over $30,000 in tuition assistance to 7th and 8th grade students enrolled at St. Agnes, Little Flower, St. Al’s, Christ the King, and Blessed Sacrament Catholic grade schools in Springfield, Illinois.

Awards are available to students who will be enrolling in grades seven or eight at one of the Catholic grade schools in Springfield, IL for the upcoming academic year. To be eligible, students must be in good standing, as determined by their school. This includes meeting expectations for academic performance, attitude, and behavior.

Additionally, applicants should demonstrate a commitment to serving others and actively participate in extra-curricular activities. These qualities reflect the values of leadership, service, and community engagement, which are at the heart of our mission.

Selection will be made by the Principal of each respective Catholic grade school, with one girl and one boy chosen as award recipients.
